dont let other people get to u. i repeat, never let others get to you because it's not worth it.
the best way to handle annoyance is to allocate *zero* energy on it. especially, if you're planning
to be a doctor because then, you'll be meeting tonnes of annoying people.
i met a little girl on the blog who got easily distressed by the remarks others make on her.
to demonstrate how proposterous the whole thing is, i *pretended* to play the role of a common
annoying offender. hoping that it could shed light on her insight.
how did she react to it? suffices to say that it was off the charts, complete meltdown. if you're one of
her friend and you're reading this, make it your mission to help her. help her see how ridiculous
it is to maintain an emotional stance when such endeavour would only lose her the most.
all in all, i think she has some unresolved issues that she's supressing inside. these are all symptoms of a
more severe condition. she might be missing home too much. she might be hiding some past anguish.
i dont know. so again, if you're her friend, and you're reading this, make it your mission to help her.
